Good post Eileen. I like the way you think. Management really does need to get this. I recently did a presentation [http://tinyurl.com/ddqgop] to a group of bus owners in Western Canada, where I'm located. They were, and in general are, all fascinated and mystified by SM.

I'm looking forward to more from you and will follow you on Twitter (where I first found you via a tweet to @dharmesh.

On a curious aside, what happened to your blogging from November to now... the gap?

I'll also look forward to connecting with you on Linkedin. ~rs

Thanks Richard. I'm glad my tweet put us in touch, case in point of how social media can help us meet like-minded folks and expand our business networks. To answer your question about the gap in my posts, I have been busy on a complex client project for the past few months, but this is not a good excuse. A wise person recently reminded me that we must balance the time we spend working and the time we spend marketing our work. Thanks for reinforcing to me how this applies to my blog!
